I made the appointment with Emma to check the bit we were using was beneficial for both Polly (horse)

and her rider. The bit wasn’t entirely wrong, but we certainly had better options to explore.

Emma worked with our expectations and understood our goals, while watching what Polly was

indicating, alongside the feedback Kayla (daughter)was giving being generous with her knowledge Emma

identified which mouthpiece would be the best fit. After trying four bits, the second bit was retried and

resulted in the horse once again looking more relaxed and holding her body differently, while Kayla

maintained the control without being harsh.

My daughter is looking forward to using the bit and forming even more of a happy partnership with

Polly. I would not hesitate in recommending Emma from Fitabit to anyone.

I would like to extend my thanks to you for yesterday. Sarge and I were a bit stuck and were both trying to communicate without real success but we both knew that something wasn’t right. You listened to the pair of us and we tried options which we had not considered before, ironically, the first one we tried ended up being the one that made Sarge (and I) the happiest (even without a flash). I look forward to our new bit turning up and seeing how our journey progresses from there.

Emma was extremely thorough and attentive to the whole horse during the fittings. I have two very different horses and was struggling a lot with one and came away with a bit that had a noticeable different and so much knowledge about both of my horses! Looking forward to the next few weeks in their new bits highly recommend Emma for anything from a large bit change to a tweak in what you are using and making sure your horse is comfortable
